All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
If your item arrives damaged, please email us at info@reefbay.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged item
- A brief description of the issue
Once we review your claim, we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund at our discretion.
